News From the Men's Sport's Committee-August 2016
Wow, can't believe we're approaching September already! Club Championship is this weekend, and the Fall Classic is on Saturday & Sunday the 17th and 18th. It's a great way to end our tournament season. Signup deadline is Sept. 5th.
Scorecard Reminder
We know we have been mentioning this every Men's Nite, but, we continue to get scorecards on the weekends which show first names only, aren't dated and are tough to read. One recent weekend card had one name that was legible, 2 that weren't and the fourth person in the group that day was listed as "me". Pretty tough to figure out who that might be!
So, without beating this to death, we ask that you please fill out the scorecard properly: First and last names for all players, date you played, who kept score, circled birdies/eagles, and as legible as possible. We really appreciate it - we would hate to not include someone as winning for score on a weekend tournament or getting credit for a weekend skin. Thanks again for all your help.
Lastly Fall is a great time to play golf. Course conditions remain fabulous, so keep playing, invite some friends to join you and enjoy all our amenities and friendly membership!
