News from the Greens Club
The Greens Club is having one of our best year's ever - if not the best ever!
To date, 162 members have donated and donations continue to arrive daily. We currently have have an estimated 320 total members, so having 162 contribute means we have about 50% membership participation! Of course there have been non-members who have also purchased a ticket, so thanks to these individuals who have donated to the Club.

Of course there have been non-members who have also purchased a ticket, so thanks to these individuals who have donated to the Club.Total proceeds from sales - between direct ticket sales and purchases on our website,- is $6,434.92. Total expenses (letters, envelopes, stamps and supplies) totals $323.55, resulting in net proceeds raised at $6,141.37. This means we already have over $3,000 available to complete beautification projects at the Club. I am finalizing a list of all Greens Clubs members that will be posted at various locations at the Club. This will be updated as new members join the Greens Club.
The New Greens Club Committee has been formed
I have been soliciting for individuals who would like to be a part of the new Greens Club Committee, and I am happy to report that the following individuals have an expressed an interest in being on the committee. Those members are: Rick Delbianco, Al Roberge, Joan Eaton and Frank Beyette. Our 1st meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 1st at 6pm at the club. If anyone else would like to participate please send me an email at kybuzzell@comcast.net, or call me at 483-2694. Monthly meetings will be held at dates to be determined, but will be posted so anyone interested can participate.
On Thursday, May 21st the first two drawings took place for the weekly Greens Club Winners. Margo Donovan won $100, and Mary Ojala won $50, congratulations to both. We will have another 19 weekly drawings including the $100 awarded to the first winner of each month. Winners can win as many times as your tickets are pulled throughout the summer. And of course, everyone is eligible to win the $500, $250 and $100 drawings at the end of the year banquet, regardless of how many times you won during the summer.
So, it's still not too late to get your tickets in. You can do so by mailing them, dropping them off in the pro shop, or clicking here to purchase online.
