Sheila Dagg leaving the Women's Sports Committee

Finally, Sheila Dagg made the announcement that she will be stepping down from the Women's Sports Committee at the end of this season.  We can not thank Sheila enough for dedication to the women of PPCC.  We want her to know that all her hard work, organization and innovative ideas are greatly appreciated.  She has helped make all our activities and events successful, and the envy of local clubs.  If you see Sheila, please extend a thank you!

With Sheila's departure, we will be looking for a third member of the Women's Sports Committee. As you may or may not know, the WSC organizes all the events for the women at PPCC.  This includes:  Wednesday Ladies Nights, Weekend Tournaments, the Member~Member, Member~Guest, all Club Championships and the Turkey Trot in the Fall, etc..  We meet weekly through the season on Monday (currently at 5:00, but this can be somewhat flexible) and as needed during the winter months to prepare for the next season.  Each committee member has several "main" duties, but all are available to help as needed. (In exchange for serving on the Committee, you receive your membership and carts for the season.)

We know that there will be lots of questions, so if you are interested in serving on the committee, please reply to this e-mail and we will get back to you!  We do encourage all our members to consider being on the committee!

Thanks,
Linda, Sheila and Sarah
