Proctor-Pittsford Opening Today! May 7th - Members Only For Now

The state has officially relaxed the restriction on outdoor recreation, allowing golf courses to open, with certain rules and restrictions in effect.

You can view or download the "Smart Play and Play Safe" addendum here

Below are the the rules, specific to PPCC:

The course is currently open to PPCC members only, of all membership levels.  This will be in effect until May 18th, or until circumstances allow differently.

Tee times are only available by phone until May 18th, or until circumstances allow differently.  4-somes are encouraged.

Tee times will initially be 18 minutes apart until then, and will be 15 minutes apart once on-line tee times resume.  These rules are also subject to change as circumstances allow.

Carts are available, but they are single rider only, unless the 2 riders are from the same household.  Walking is strongly encouraged.

The driving range will remain closed until next week.

The putting green and small chipping area are available for use, as long as you use your own golf balls.

The putting green has no holes, only flags. Please practice proper social distancing in the practice areas.

Checking in-

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your tee time.  The clubhouse and pro shop are closed.  You will be checked in outside the pro shop, and then proceed to the 1st tee, as long as it is clear of the golfers ahead of you.

The pro shop can sell merchandise curbside.  Please call ahead for your purchases. Credit or debit card only, no cash.

There are no touch points on the course. There will be no:

Water stations
Porta-Potties
Ball washers
Bunker rakes
Divot boxes
Tee Sentry stop lights

Bunkers have no rakes.  If your ball is in a bunker, there is a temporary local rule that you can lift and place you ball in a smooth area of the bunker.  You are allowed to create this area, if necessary, with a  club or your foot.

Flags are not to be touched or removed.  Cups are installed upside down to provide contactless ball retrieval.

Locker rooms-

If you have equipment in the locker rooms, you will be allowed to remove it, but you will not be able to return it to to your locker or use the locker facilities until further notice.

Restroom facilities during this time are extremely limited.  Please plan accordingly.

Redfield’s will be offering take out food & beverages, with beverages available Thursday, 5/7 and food Friday 5/8.  The Little House on the Fairway will open the following weekend, 5/16.

Food & beverage service will be credit card, debit card, or exact cash, until further notice.

Please limit all gatherings to 10 people or less (practice range, putting greens, parking lot, etc...)

All alcohol must be purchased at Redfield's.  Per State order, no outside alcohol is allowed to be brought to the course.  This will be strictly enforced.

These rules and restrictions are all subject to change, based on circumstances and state orders, and we will keep you as apprised and up to date as possible as this evolves.  We appreciate your cooperation during this time.
